HIGHLIGHTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS:

We had a great time this weekend! Thank you to everyone who came out and played games throughout the weekend.

Special shout-out to Kevin Rodgers and Chris Leder for bringing in their game to playtest, and to Theresa from Dessert First for bringing her delicious treats on Sunday!

Check out the new items in stock! The new Starfinder and Pathfinder Books are here AND the new D&D books release Tuesday, November 11th! Our Daggerheart restock is on it's way and should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. AND with the release of the new Magic Avatar set this week, we have special Avatar deck boxes available!

Did you know there is an official organization for Game Store retailers, Publishers, Designers, and Distributors? It's called GAMA (Game Manufacturers Association) and right now they're taking nominations for the Power Retail Awards. This is where the gaming community gets to nominate their favorite FLGS. There's a board that will make final decisions, and the winner will be announced at the GAMA Expo Conference in March. If you have a few minutes, we would appreciate a nomination. It's a very tough competition and I don't have much expectation of winning, but the recognition and getting our name in the running would be an honor.

RPG Event Updates!

--> KIDS RPG NIGHT

KIDS RPG NIGHT IS CANCELLED THIS WEEK AND THE 28TH, BUT WE ARE GOING TO HAVE 1 TABLE AVAILABLE NEXT WEEK, 11/21.

PARENTS WILL BE RECEIVING AN EMAIL SHORTLY FOLLOWING THIS ONE.

How it normally works: I email the parents directly, hopefully on the Monday before Kid's RPG Night with the link for sign-ups and session descriptions. So if you are a Kid's RPG Night parent, please fill out this form. (if you haven't already)

Please remember Kid's RPG Night takes place the 2nd and 4th Fridays, GMs permitting.

--> Discord Looking For Party

Join our Discord and find your next gaming group.

It looks like there is some interest in D&D, Daggerheart, Crooked Moon, and a few other sessions being discussed in the Discord.

Tip: When you join, go to Rules to get verified. Then, VERY IMPORTANTLY: go to Roles-and-Info to select your interests. This is what will unlock the channels.

We're still accepting RPG submissions for our RPG Pot Luck on Saturday, November 22nd. If you want to run a game, fill out THIS FORM. If you want to PLAY a game, keep an eye out for the final schedule and sign-ups!

TCG Event Updates!

Our Magic the Gathering League is going. This is round 3 but you can join any time! Played in timed pods with points awarded for place at the end of the game, and various play goals which will rotate every 4 weeks.

November's Mini Painting Contest

Swing by the cafe to pick up the Hatching Wyrmling for our November Mini Painting Contest.

Whether you're participating in our contests or just looking for a space to hang out and paint, stop by any Tuesday for our Mini-Painting drop-in between 3pm & 8pm. $5 for all you can paint, access to our brushes, and paints, and a free figure to practice on. Or pick up additional figures for only $5 each.

Pop-Up Events!

Stop by the Bakers Give Back event this Sunday, November 16th. Support different local bakeries while they support the Plainfield Area Interfaith Food Pantry.

Critical Grind will be there with coffee!

Bring a couple items to donate to the pantry. Non-Perishables or Personal Hygiene products.
